WHAT IS KRIGSMAN TO YOU?
Krigsman is black and white. The consistency- knowing exactly what you are stepping into. No surprises - the same deep foundational work over and over again. There is a lot of beauty in that simplicity. We get accustomed to things being over complicated in our busy world and Krigsman doesn’t give oxygen to that mindset.
LUCIE’S CLASS: UPLIFTING FLUID LIVELY

Krigsman is a mirror and wow it’s crazy that almost the same exact sequence can land in body - mind - spirit differently all the time. Krigsman is the constant and we are the variable. There is a lot to learn there. How we feel - the dialogue that creeps in - the only thing that changes or can change is the student. Krigsman is a soft landing place for self work. It feels clear and supportive the first step in the door.

I’d like to say I’m a reformed worrier but I still get hung up. It’s out of love for life or love for others. It’s a big part of why yoga has been a huge part of my life. To find presence - not get too wrapped up in what may not ever happen - to live in a place of - what if it all works out better then expected.

Hmmm I’m pretty good at facing my fears and getting them out of my system. In hindsight probably would have been have more children. Which is crazy because I have 4. I was always afraid I guess that adding would subtract what I could give to each one but now I see what they give to each other and it’s really beautiful.
WHAT DOES THE HARD MEAN TO YOU?
“Hard is often an illusion of something else going on. So hard in ways mean stuck. When you push through the other side of hard you realize the most of it was a story you made up. ”
LUCIES’S TOP TUNES
“Music is a frequency. You know when a song or beat is in synch with you. I lean on music a lot. I blast songs in the car - we always have music playing in our home - it just feels good. I love the way it’s used in yoga and how different teachers have their own vibe. Sometimes there’s a point in class where my energy is struggling and then my favorite song comes on, and everything becomes effortless. As a teacher, I love making playlists that climb the mountain of the practice and make coming down and finding the floor a little sweeter. ”
