DO I NEED TO PRE-REGISTER FOR CLASS?
We highly recommend creating a profile online and preregistering for your first class to ensure a smoother Mindbody user experience - if you have any further questions, feel free to reach out.
SHOULD I ARRIVE EARLY?
For your first class, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before class starts for you to get settled. We start class on time; please do your best to be on your mat at class start time.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR CLASS?
A yoga mat - if you don’t have one of your own, we have mats available for purchase or a limited quantity to rent.
Water bottle - Filtered and refrigerated bottle filler available for your use.
A towel - if you forget, we have towels available for purchase.
A change of clothes if you have plans after class (we sweat).
DO I NEED TO HAVE DONE YOGA BEFORE?
For sure not! Beginners are welcome.
WHERE DO I PARK?
In Hingham, there is a large public lot across the street which can be accessed via Main Street next to Hingham Institution of Savings and Central Street directly across from the studio. Please respect our neighbors and do not park in any spots marked “Private”, “No Parking”, or “HCC Parking Only”.
In Scituate, plenty of street parking is available in front of the studio. Additionally, any spots marked “Retail” within the Skysail complex are available for your use.
DO YOU HAVE STUDENT, TEACHER, VETERAN, AND 65+ PRICING?
Yes, please see the pricing page for our discounted rates. Please note: discounted memberships and class packs must be purchased in-studio or via phone/email.
CAN I USE MY MEMBERSHIP OR CLASS PACKS AT BOTH KRIGSMAN LOCATIONS?
Yes, any memberships or class packs can be used at both locations.
I HAVE AN INJURY. IS IT OKAY TO TAKE CLASS?
Yes, people with injuries do come to class. We find that our classes often times support recovery, however, we recommend consulting a medical professional to be cleared for yoga.
DO YOU HAVE LOANER MATS AVAILABLE?
Yes, we have a limited amount of rental mats available at both studios.
DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
DO I NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE TO DO YOGA?
No!
