KRIGSMAN OG

TEMP: HOT LENGTH: 60 MIN

KRIGSMAN OG, our signature rhythmic-paced all levels class, is designed to help you drop out of your mind and drop into your body. Throughout the class, skilled teachers will remind you to breathe, queuing movement to breath. Consistency from class to class allows you to see your personal growth every time you show up on your mat.

This class starts off in stillness, allowing you to get grounded. Music is introduced alongside repetition of movement to free the mind and increase heart rate. The class then moves into longer hold power postures to build strength and endurance, followed by balance postures to direct focus. Infrared heat is used to both challenge and support you; the hotter temperature increases both blood flow and flexibility. KRIGSMAN OG ends with the opportunity to rest in what you just accomplished - victory. This class will challenge your entire human self to push past your own boundaries, while offering space and support for you to take it on as you choose.

KRIGSMAN STEADY POWER

TEMP: WARM LENGTH: 60 MIN

KRIGSMAN Steady Power, our moderate-paced all levels class, is designed to activate and strengthen key muscles while building a strong foundation in each posture.

Throughout the class, skilled teachers will remind you to breathe; you will be supported to go deeper with attention paid to proper alignment. Consistency from class to class allows you to see your personal growth every time you show up on your mat.

Steady Power has similar building blocks to our KRIGSMAN OG class with less transitions and more time spent in each posture. This class builds slowly as it taps into your core and other key muscles to support a strong foundation for your practice. Power postures will challenge your strength and endurance, which are followed by balance postures to command presence and focus. The class then transitions into hip openers and deep stretches, setting you up for rest and recovery. Steady Power not only strengthens your body, but also sharpens your awareness, always providing space and support to take it on as you choose.

This class builds deliberately as it taps into your core and other key muscles to support a strong foundation for your practice. Power postures will challenge your strength and endurance, which are followed by balance postures to command presence and focus. Class transitions into hip openers and other deep stretches, setting you up for rest and recovery. Men’s Steady Power not only strengthens your body, but also sharpens your awareness, always providing space and support to take it on as you choose.

Krigsman has a culture of embracing people where they are, and this class extends it to guys like me who were intimidated by the unknown. As a disabled person, acceptance and inclusion are important to me, Krigsman is that! The physical benefits of my practice only exceeded by the mental and emotional wellbeing and overall balance it brings to my day.

We dig music. KRIGSMAN Radio Presents features artists/bands that appear on KRIGSMAN Radio. Flow with us to their tunes for an opportunity to rock with them live. Attend this class for a chance to win tickets to the featured artist’s show. Along with the tickets, other fun door prizes will be raffled off at the end of class.
