WHY KRIGSMAN?

I met Amanda and immediately felt a strong connection to her. I first encountered her at another studio, and I knew I wanted to be wherever she was because she had such great energy. When she opened her own studio, I felt inspired to teach. I had this deep sense of connection to her and the work she was doing—it was different and offered such a fresh approach to yoga.

Before I started teaching at Krigsman, I practiced there and truly appreciated the “why” behind the practice. The consistency of it allowed me to see my growth both on and off the mat, which made it unlike any practice I had experienced before.

AMANDA’S CLASS: UPBEAT INFORMATIVE MOTIVATING

  • It’s so many things. It’s a place where I can always come to when I need a little break from my day to day. It’s a place to see friends, a place to feel supported. It’s a place where I feel safe, happy and comfortable just being me.

  • I feel strong, aligned, calm and connected.

  • On my mat, it’s grounding postures. Off my mat, being present is a challenge for me because I always feel like I have something to do. I need to chill out ;)

  • Skydiving! I’m terrified of heights and flying.
