WHAT IS KRIGSMAN TO YOU?
Krigsman is consistent. Krigsman has allowed me to find a practice I can continue with throughout life’s ups & downs. No matter the hard, I always have Krigsman. The flow, the heat, the challenge. Trusting the practice and flow has changed my life in unexplainable ways.
WHAT DOES THE HARD MEAN TO YOU?
“The hard is the all the shit that makes you not want to show up. All the extra added weight pulling you down. I always say getting to your mat on days where you want to be there isn’t the reward; it’s getting to your mat when life gets real and things get messy. Consistency is the hard. Resilience is the hard. Facing yourself is the hard.”

I stepped into my first yoga class at Krigsman a few years back. I am forever grateful for that experience as I was welcomed with open arms and zero judgement. Now, I like to consider the Krigsman community as a second family. The energy and space that has been created is unlike anything i’ve experienced before. Krigsman is for everyone and anyone — come as you are.

Clear. I think things start to fall into place for me, my mind is clear and my body is tired. All the things that once seemed so complex are suddenly now easy to navigate. The bigger picture is easier to understand.

Self doubt for sure. I feel super motivated to be something in this life, and to succeed. But I often think or worry that the choices i’ve made and the path i’ve begun on might have set me back. I question my decisions a lot, and ask myself if this is where i’m supposed to be? It’s easy to fall into that spiral.

I think probably question myself less - I think my fear is internalized rather than prohibiting. I fear not being enough, not moving forward, not making big moves, etc. I think i’m too hard on myself because of these fears. If I wasn’t afraid, I would move with less doubt, be spontaneous, be open. A lot easier said than done.
